Are you ordering a 21-inch Kamado? In that case, the delivery process is slightly different from that of our other products. Due to its size and weight, this Kamado is not shipped via our regular delivery service, but through IDL Freight.
Since this is a large and heavy shipment, it’s important that you’re present at the time of delivery. If you’re not available on the scheduled delivery date, you can reschedule the delivery in some cases.
How does rescheduling the delivery work?
As soon as you receive the tracking information, please contact us if the scheduled delivery date doesn’t work for you. It’s important that you do this before 3:30 PM on the same day you receive the tracking information.
If you contact us in time, we can try to reschedule the delivery by 1 to 2 business days.
What do you need to do?
Please contact us by phone at 085 000 0575. During the call, we’ll need two things from you: the day you can actually receive the delivery (within 1 to 2 business days of the original delivery date), and the email address where we can reach you.
So make sure you have this information ready. That will make the process a little faster and easier.
Important to know
Rescheduling the delivery is only possible if you call in time—that is, before 3:30 PM on the day you receive the tracking information. If you contact us later, there’s a good chance the delivery has already been finalized and cannot be changed.
